				Arranging your trip Coopers Overseas are able to arrange viewing trips to Cyprus and Spain. Simply let us know the dates you wish to travel, and we will search for the availability of flights and accommodation for you. If you have already made your own travel arrangements, then we will arrange for one of our representatives to meet you at a pre-arranged time and location, normally at your accommodation address.

				During your visit You will have the company of a representative on a one to one basis for your viewing appointments. Not only will you be taken to view suitable property, but you will have the opportunity to have all of your questions answered about pensions, taxation - in fact, any subject related to the country you intend to purchase in.

				The cost of your trip Subject to certain criteria, we are able to offer subsidised 2, 3 or 4 day inspection trips starting from £49.00 per person (max 2 people) or alternatively a full or partial refund of the cost of your trip should you purchase a property from us. The duration depends upon many factors but we will ensure that you have sufficient time to view a comprehensive selection of properties within your budget. Please contact us for further details.

				Free, unbiased, impartial advice Coopers Overseas and our associates deal direct with experienced developers and builders having reputations for quality and value for money. We are also able to offer a selection of re-sale properties in most locations and only select properties for viewing that match your criteria to avoid wasting your time. As we work independently of the developers and builders, we are able to offer impartial advise on each property and location visited.
